At VM4G LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized digital content and creative services. We value our customers and believe in maintaining fair, transparent business practices while protecting the time, resources, and creative work invested in every project.

By purchasing our services, customers agree to the following policies, subject to applicable law.

1. General Refund Policy

Because VM4G provides customized digital services, including AI-generated videos, AI images, social media content, branding, website development, and other creative projects, refunds are limited once work has begun.

Payments for services already performed, completed deliverables, and approved project expenses are nonrefundable except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.

• If production has not started, customers are eligible for a full refund.
• If the customer has expressly authorized immediate production and work has begun, any refund will be determined based on the unperformed portion of the project and any disclosed, authorized, nonrecoverable expenses.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the 24-hour window.

After 24 hours, cancellations may still be requested, but refunds are not guaranteed. VM4G will evaluate the work performed and any remaining unearned fees.

3. Custom Digital Products and Creative Services

Our services are developed specifically for each customer’s needs.

Once production begins, charges attributable to creative planning, research, design, AI generation, editing, revisions, and other completed work are nonrefundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate instructions, branding materials, and necessary project information.

A change in personal preference does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Revisions and Customer Satisfaction

We want our customers to be satisfied with the services they purchase.

• Revisions are provided according to the customer’s selected package or written project agreement.
• Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
• Customers should report delivery errors or work that does not meet agreed specifications within seven calendar days of delivery.
• VM4G will have a reasonable opportunity to correct qualifying errors at no additional charge.

If VM4G cannot reasonably deliver the agreed services, an appropriate partial or full refund may be provided.

5. Monthly Packages and Subscriptions

For recurring monthly services:

• Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
• Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund work already performed during the current billing period.
• Any prepaid fees for unperformed services will be handled according to the written agreement and applicable law.
• Unused services or content credits do not automatically roll over unless the purchased package expressly provides otherwise.

Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding balances for authorized services already performed.

6. Website Design and Development

Website projects may involve planning, design, development, software subscriptions, domain purchases, and third-party services.

• Work completed before cancellation remains payable.
• Approved, nonrecoverable third-party purchases may be nonrefundable when disclosed in advance.
• Changes beyond the approved project scope may result in additional fees.
• Project timelines may be adjusted when customers delay required materials, approvals, or feedback.

Website ownership, hosting, maintenance, and final file delivery will follow the applicable written project agreement.

7. Project Delays and Customer Communication

Customers are responsible for responding to reasonable requests for project materials, approvals, and feedback.

VM4G will communicate reasonable deadlines and provide notice of missing information before placing a project on hold.

Extended customer delays may require project rescheduling. Any additional fees must be disclosed and agreed upon before being charged.

8. Failure to Deliver Services

If VM4G is unable to provide the agreed services, we will work with the customer toward a fair resolution, which may include:

• Completing the outstanding work within a mutually agreed timeframe.
• Providing a suitable replacement or correction.
• Issuing a partial or full refund for services not delivered.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

9. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact VM4G directly before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve concerns promptly.

VM4G may maintain order confirmations, customer communications, project approvals, invoices, and delivery records to respond to disputes.

This policy does not restrict customers’ lawful chargeback or consumer protection rights.

10. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Customers must submit requests in writing through the contact information provided on VM4G.com.

Please include:

• Full name
• Email address used for the purchase
• Order number or invoice number
• Reason for the request

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and communicate a resolution after reviewing the project status.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, with processing times determined by the payment provider.

11. Policy Acknowledgment

Customers will be provided access to this policy before completing payment. Any additional project-specific terms must be clearly disclosed and agreed upon before they apply.

VM4G reserves the right to update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect when a customer purchases services will generally govern that purchase unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
